1. Introduction

Welcome to the RipX DAW and musicbyLukas Music Creation Competition (the "Competition"). By entering this Competition, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

Employees of Hit’n’Mix LTD, its affiliates and subsidiaries, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Competition.

3. Competition Period

• The Competition submission period begins now and ends on April 26th (11:59 am PST).
• The winners will be announced on May 3rd 2024.

4. How to Enter

• Entrants must produce a track of 30 seconds or longer using RipX DAW.
• The track must be submitted by the deadline specified in the Competition details.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Competition.

5. Prizes

• 1st Prize: RipX DAW PRO, sharing of the track on IG, musicbyLukas' Course & Membership (1 year).
• 2nd Prize: RipX DAW, sharing of the track on IG, musicbyLukas' Course.
• 3rd Prize: RipX DAW, sharing of the track on IG.
